Calculation Chart for Student Admission for the year 2024-25

STUDENT ADMISSION TO ANY CLASS WOULD BE BASED ON THE EAVLUATION ON 1) CLASS ELIGIBITY 2) AGE AGIBILITY AND 3) MENTAL ABILITY. This would be evaluated by our team consisting of the counsellors, faculty and special educators. Decision of the school would be final for the class to which the student will be admitted. Parents are requested NOT to influence the admission process by any means for the benefit of their own ward(s).
CBSE confirms that the schools have to follow the state rules to meet the age criteria
State : Office of the Basic Shiksha Adhikari confirms that the child in government schools are expected to be completing age 6 when in stand 1 but not prescribed anything on private and CBSE schools.
NEP gives the structure for 5+3+3+4 pattern being followed in which they prescribe the ranges of age of children to be within pattern
Details of Birth of the child including the date of birth, definition of father, and month for the purpose of calculation of correct age has to be as prescribed under Births, Deaths & Marriage Act 1886
Considering the past trends, parent mindset and future demands expected in the market, we have decided to follow the above table giving age bracket and class eligibility

Documents Required for Admisssions at SLPS

The following documents are required at the time submission of admission form-

Attested photocopy of birth certificate (Municipal/ Block/ Panchayat.
Transfer certificate from the previous school along with report card of the last class attended.
Six copies of passport size photograph of the child.
Four copies of the latest photograph of Father and Mother/ Guardian.
Copy of Adhaar cards of students and parents.
Medical fitness certificate.
Blood group report
